because it only costs RM2 and it tastes better than Hap Seng's sugar coated crackers (in my opinion lah).why?
it's like a cross between butter biscuit and a cracker! when you put it into your mouth, it dissolves oh soo good,(yum yum!!).when it crumbles, the crumbly + buttery + creamy(?) but not too sweet taste joined together to become one of the most almost precisely made biscuit i've ever had hee :D
you can get it at a RM2 shop. I bought it in Bandar Pekan :)
